Your body doesn't recover at 40 the way it did at Your body doesn't recover at 40 the way it did at 20.That's not a bad thing, it's just biology. As you age, blood flow to tissues slows down, and your body needs more support to repair itself after training and stress. That's why hyperbaric oxygen therapy is important in your routine. Sitting in the chamber floods your body with oxygen, which your tissues need to repair and rebuild. Less downtime, faster recovery, more consistency in training and life.Recovery isn't something you build once you already need it. It's something you build into your routine, at every age.#ageing #longevity #recovery #betterageing #hbot
What are our patients actually using hyperbaric ox What are our patients actually using hyperbaric oxygen therapy for?Recovery after training. Support for a slower metabolism. Managing inflammation. Better performance in the gym. Deeper sleep. And more mental clarity during the day. It's not one thing it's become part of how people support their whole body.#hbot #hyperbaricoxygentherapy #healthyageing #longevity #metabolism

HBOT can support joint recovery by increasing oxygen availability to ligaments, tendons, and cartilage, supporting collagen synthesis and tissue repair.Source: Babel et al., 2025, European Journal of Translational Myology#hbot #joints #collagen #tissurepair
Can hyperbaric oxygen therapy actually improve sle Can hyperbaric oxygen therapy actually improve sleep? A 2026 study in Frontiers in Neurology says the data is pointing that way. Researchers at the Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine followed 395 patients through 60 HBOT sessions, treated for healthy aging, long COVID, or PTSD, and tracked their sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before and after treatment. The result: total PSQI scores improved significantly across every patient group, with effect sizes considered clinically meaningful. The biggest takeaway wasn't just that sleep improved, it's who improved most. Patients who started with the poorest sleep saw the largest gains, while those with already-normal sleep saw little change. This suggests HBOT's value may lie less in generally "boosting" sleep and more in restoring it - a targeted response for people whose sleep is genuinely disrupted. It's an early, retrospective finding (no control group, so causality isn't proven), but it adds to a growing body of research suggesting HBOT may offer a meaningful tool against one of modern life's most widespread problems: bad sleep.#sleep #sleepresearch #doctoradvice #hbot #badsleep
